Nail Safety protection plates are used to protect wires and cables from by nails or screws from dry wall application or blind drilling of holes through studs. If you drilled a hole in a stud to pass pipe or cables it is a very good idea to use one of our nail safety protection plates to prevent accidental damage in the years to come. No added hardware is needed for the safety plate installation.
