Berkline Removable Cupholders - We think is their best to date. This cupholder is made of solid aluminum and is available in unfinished aluminum or Black. Besides the obvious benefit of the aluminum's durability is the fact that these cupholders can be easily removed and cleaned (Dishwasher Not Recommended). The design of the aluminum cupholders also features a one level completely flat bottom. The flat bottom allows a larger variety of cup to sit safely in the base of the cupholder. No modifications required for use: These were designed to fit over the black rimmed plastic cupholders so the fit with these is slightly better than the chrome rimmed but the fit is good with both. The removable cupholders will not fit over the lighted cupholders.

The cupholders are designed to turn on and off with the room lighting. When the lights are off the cupholders will turn on and when the lights are on the cupholders will turn off. There is no means to disable the cupholders besides unplugging the power supply. The master cupholder has a light sensor on the top rim that senses the light. The slave lighted cupholders follow the master lighted cupholder. The Master lighted cupholder also provides the power to the slave cupholders in a daisy chain configuration. A Power adapter with Master Lighted cupholder can power three additional slave cupholders.
