The Rollease R16 clutch is designed for use with shades that are mid to large sized. The Rollease R16 clutch has a 16lb lifting capacity in a 1.5" tube and can also be used with 2" tubes. As with all clutches and motors as you increase the tube size the lifting capacity of the clutch is reduced. The Rollease RA2 adapter is required for use with 2" tubes.

The Rollease R24 clutch is designed for use with shades that are very large and heavy. The Rollease R24 clutch has a 24lb lifting capacity in a 1.5" tube and can also be used with 2" and 2.5" tubes. As with all clutches and motors as you increase the tube size the lifting capacity of the clutch is reducded. The Rollease RA2 adapter is required for use with 2" tubes and the Rollease RGAL400A25 adapter is required for use with 2.5" tubes.

Rollease RBC #10 12mm Plastic Beaded Chain



Rollease plastic beaded chain with nylon cord for R8 and R16 roller shade clutches for chain driven shades. The nylon beaded chain is fair more durable than metal beaded chains. Metal beaded chains are crimped together. They will kink, tarnish and fall apart over time. The plastic beaded chains we use has a thermally fused bead onto a continuous nylon cord. They will not fall apart or kink.

    The Rollease TDLT chain tensioning device is versatile safety device to hold beaded chain and cord. This tensioning device provides easy pull using a rotary gear and can be mounted in three different ways to suit most installations of chain driven shades. The TDLT design allows beaded chain connectors and stop balls to be pulled through the rotary mechanism. Chain tensioning devices are strongly recommended to keep the chain tight to the wall. This greatly reduces the chances for injuries.
