| Direct Connect - IRCB4 - Amplified IR Connecting Block

The Direct Connect IRCB4 amplified IR connecting block is the brains behind an IR Remote Control network. The IR connecting block enables the user to remotely control DVD Players, AV Receivers, Projectors, etc from a distributed IR control system. The IRCB4 usually is placed near the equipment rack. IR emitters are connected the IRCB4 and the equipment to be controlled. The IR Receiver is remotely located at a convenient control point up to 1000 feet away from the quipment rack and connected to the IRCB4 via CAT5 or other 3 conductor wire. The IRCB4 features 4 emitter output connections via 3.5mm plugs and two IR Receiver inputs (one via screw terminals and one via 3.5mm plug). The 4 emitter ports can be connected to single or dual flasher emitters enabling control of up to 8 pices of equipment in a remotely located rack. The removable large screw terminal allows up to 3 IR Receiver to be connected.

The Direct Connect IRRFM is a flush mount bullet style IR Receiver designed for use with the Direct Connect IRCB4 IR connecting block but can be used with any IR control products that are 12V powered. This product is used to receive IR signals remotely so they can be transferred to the IR connecting block and then distributed to the components via IR Flashers or IR Emitters. Ideal for mounting in cabinets, doors, wall plates, speakers etc. Works with 12V IR connecting blocks that have: IR (or S Signal), V+ and G .

The Direct Connect IRRJB is a Junction Box IR Reeiver designed for use with the Direct Connect IRCB4 IR connecting block but can be used with any IR network control products that are 12V powered. This product is used to receive IR signals remotely so they can be transfered to the IR connecting block and then distributed to the IR network components via IR Flashers or IR Emitter. Ideal for mounting junction boxes.
The Talk Back LED provides feedback for the status of the IR network. When the Talk Back LED is illuminated IR signals are being processed.
Works with all IR connecting blocks that have: IR (or S Signal), V+ and G Connections including Xantech, Niles, Russound that are 12V powered.
